Genmaicha tea is a popular Japanese tea that blends roasted brown rice with a sencha green tea base. Genmaicha generally has a toasted, nutty character. This blend is a unique take on a typical genmaicha and includes matcha powder & black beans for an extra earthy flavor.
Brewing instructions- infuse in 95 C water for 30 seconds to one minute, always add water to the tea, not the reverse! 1 cup water to 1 tbsp / 3 g of tea.
