Sencha is an “everyday tea” in Japan but it ranges in quality. We have sourced a high quality sencha from Japan that produces an almost creamy aroma but releases fresh, desirable grassy notes in your cup. One of the best cups of “pure” Japanese green tea that you can enjoy every day!
Brewing instructions - infuse in 80 C water 1 -3 minutes, always add water to the tea, not the reverse! 1 cup water to 2.5g or 1 tbsp. Taste the tea after one minute to decide if you would like to continue steeping, do not overstep or your tea will be bitter!
Pairs well with seafood, citrus, light salads.
