Pai Mu Tan / White Peony

Origin China.

Pai Mu Tan or white peony tea contains both the young buds and mature leaves harvested
during the spring. It has a natural sweetness, more than Silver Needle white tea. White teas go through minimal processing and result in a pale cup with delicious aromas. is perfect for a relaxing quiet moment. It has notes of peach and a delicious subtle aroma that goes down smooth.
Brewing instructions – infuse in 75- 80 C water for 5 minutes, always add water to the tea, not the reverse! 1 cup water to 2g or one heaping tbsp.
Pairs well with light or creamy desserts, and stone fruits.
Can re-steep multiple times!
