High Mountain. Origin Taiwan

One of our personal favorites! We have sourced a delicious high mountain oolong tea that has notes of floral, creaminess, and a complexity that you’ll enjoy with each further infusion.
Watch the “black dragon” leaves awake from their slumber and come alive in your water while infusing, the large leaves are what are responsible for the layers of flavour and aroma in each cup.

Brewing instructions- infuse in 85 C water for 30 seconds to 3 minutes (depends on if you plan to do multiple infusions), always add water to the tea, not the reverse! 1 cup water to 1 tbsp / 2.5 g of tea. Can be reinfused 5 – 7 times.
